Basil Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (like Hellmann’s)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  1. Use a blender or food processor to combine all ingredients except salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
